Automatic 1-needle shoelace loop attaching machine

This model of sewing machine achieves increased productivity by automatizing shoelace loop sewing process for sports shoes. The machine carries out cutting, folding and sewing of shoelace loops in one process, thereby contributing to labor-saving and deskilling. The machine is provided as standard with an LED marking light (crisscross light), thereby facilitating positioning of shoelace loops at the correct sewing position. In addition, the machine comes with a heat-cutting mechanism to cut shoelace loops to constant dimensions with consistency without fail.
